I bought an electronic gift card and there is no way to have it sent directly to the recipient. People don't buy gift cards for themselves. Why not add this feature to your check out process?

So I haven't seen the product yet but it was going to be a surprise gift. I had auto filled her contact info to calculate cost of shipping and such, but hadn't submitted it yet. My friend got a text from west and willow and it simply ruined her surprise gift. She was so creeped out for getting texts from a website she hadn't been to about an order that she (nor I yet!) had not placed. I had to tell her why. So while she is still excited to get the painting, the surprise of the gift was totally ruined.

When it asked you for the number, it's best if you added your number instead of hers even if the portrait is addressed to her. Overall the picture was okay- main complaint is the dogs fur was very clearly short and in the image we received the hair was long and not consistent with the picture provided

One of my pictures came out nicely but my second one was not to scale, looked smaller. For instance my dog that is 40 pounds looks bigger than my 85 pound husky.

I’m super excited to receive the product, as it’s a gift for someone, but there have been no updates on where my package is at or if it’s even been shipped out. I hope the print is great, just wish I could track it or know where it is in the shopping process!
