The size and quality of the frame were extremely disappointing I. Regards to the cost

First off I understand it was a holiday or the holiday season they were doing soo good on time and I was so excited to get my package so fast until the UPS kept delaying my package, again, I understood I was finally tiered of not getting any answers so I reached out via email- waited for 7 days and no answer, was done and did a second email had to wait more days until they offered to replace all I got was and email asking for my address it did not feel personal or anything after that I have not heard or had an email get back to me, I honestly experienced a horrible experience with this company and I had higher expectations. I will not be purchasing from them again and I don’t even know if they are working on my order or not or if I can even get my money back it’s not fair or well managed. I think I’ve been pretty patient and understanding but coming from someone who work I retail and customer I don’t feel valued as a customer and don’t want any free hand outs I just wanted answers or to feel valued as a customer.

Never received my order, and no response from company. No phone number to call and get my money back. Wasted $100.

I sent an email canceling my order No. 390587 within two hours of placing it. You never acknowledged my email, and shipped the product. I demand a full refund.

Worst experience ever. Ordered in early November, order was lost in the mail and company wouldn’t help or send a new one. Eventually got it - and the dog names were wrong and one of the dogs looked like a hamster. Finally after going back and forth for over 2 months I am getting sent a new one. Not worth the money or the time. Only kept going because it was a gift.

I received my order over a month past the ordering date. I ordered on Nov. 29th to meet the deadline for Canadian Christmas orders. The cut off was December 4th. Not only was this a Christmas present fail, this entire company seems to be a fail. Once I finally did receive my order, it was of three dogs!!!! We have two cats!!! This is a terrible business with a poor business model. Even if I do end up receiving the correct order, I will never order from them again. Their company is a joke!

First of all I am still waiting on a resolution for my issue with my pet portrait. I had a portrait of my parents 3 dogs made for them for a Christmas present. Two of the dogs have passed and I thought this would be a good gift for them to have in memory of all their fur babies. One of the dogs did not look like itself at all and one somewhat looked like her, more like a generic dog picture. However they did get one dog spot on. I reached out about making changes so I could make it perfect. I only mentioned the dog that was the most unrecognizable. With many emails back and forth, which now I'm beginning to think its all automated, I still don't have the issued resolved and I'm really unsure of whats happening? I've asked to speak to someone and no one has offered to reach out or give me a number to call to keep from having to go around and around, not knowing if something is in progress? I've already let my parents down bc the order was suppose to arrive before Christmas. It did but it was wrong. Now we are still in limbo without a date for a new one. My biggest complaint is that they only let you put one picture of a dog. If I could have given 3, I feel like they could have known more what the dog looked like. I did this as a surprise so I couldn't physically get a eye to eye picture of my parents dogs. They live 4 hours away, two of the dogs have passed and I wanted it to be a surprise. So how are you to get one perfect picture? I would say this is not what they are making it out to be, more of a generic photo, not personalized. Seems more like an app that creates the photo?

The order didn't arrive in time for Christmas even though I ordered in December 4th. That isn't necessarily the fault of West & Willow but I feel as though ordering on December 4th was plenty of time. When I did finally receive the product I was very disappointed in the quality. The 8x10 poster that I spent $42 on was very low quality and not the type of picture I was hoping for. Very low Value. The 12X16 was much better but still not the quality I was expecting after the work from them I saw online. It almost looks like my order was very rushed and lazily done. I had such high expectations for this. Not worth the bear $100 I spent. I expected a lot more detail.
