West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

I had a fabulous experience working with West & Willow!! My artwork was incorrect when first received and the mistake was handled promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend West & Willow and look forward to working with them again!!

Great customer service. Beautiful art

Absolutely in love with my pet portrait. I got this as a surprise for my family as our family dog of 10 years passed 1 year ago. The portrait is spot on, everything about it is so perfect and looks exactly like our little beagle. Cannot recommend enough! Shipping was so quick and the customer service is just incredible. Will definitely be ordering from this incredible company again🫶🏼

The best customer service I have come across in a very long time. Quick response time and didn't hesitate to make our picture just right for us. Thank you to everyone!

So cute! We have been eyeing this portrait out for awhile and we are glad we finally bought it. We are pleased with the quality, shipping time, and customer service. We highly recommend!

I ordered 3 pictures as gifts for Christmas from West and Willow. All turned out amazing except for one. It just didn't look like we had hoped. I reached out to let them know & asked what could be done. They responded immediately. They offered to do the picture again, have me approve of it, and then shipped as fast as it could be shipped. The new one was perfect! I would highly recommend getting your pets picture done by them. They also are great gifts for friends/family who have had to say good bye to their fur babies.

We absolutely love our print and their customer service is AMAZING!! Cannot recommend West and Willow enough!

These were awesome! They were EXACTLY like the pictures I sent in and the way they transformed them into something even better was fantastic!
