It would be nice to be able to see the custom design after it’s finished before it being sent so you know exactly what you’re buying... other than that great product!

The site itself is pretty easy to navigate. One issue I had was I placed this order as a gift, and there isn’t the option to write a gift note so the person receiving the gift knows who it’s come from. I feel that’s something that could easily be addressed as I’m sure many people purchase these photos as gifts.

The painting was beautiful!! However, the frame was completely snapped in half when the shipment got here... very disappointed in that.

I am sure the product will be great, however I wish I could have reviews the product prior to it being sent. Secondly, I am pretty upset that I order a print and then a week later I see you have 40% off deals. I wish there was some earlier advertisement as I would have held off purchasing the print. Anyways, hope it looks great...

I think I could be giving this a little premature. I am giving neutral right now because as much as I LOVE the picture the background came pink and not the white that I originally ordered. I am waiting to see what happens with this mistake and if they correct the issue. If they handle it properly I will rate 5 stars because the pictures look exactly like our dogs and it is a nice quality frame. The problem is that it just doesn’t match my house at all because they messed up the background. We shall see
