I was really excited to receive my dog's portrait, but unfortunately I was quite disappointed. He is a black lab (so I get it-- he's black), but there was hardly any reflection points, shadows, or color variations in his fur, much less than in the picture I uploaded, so his portrait is very muted.

The name of the pet was misspelled and is now taking longer than expected to receive the corrected item. Purchased a digital copy that never arrived. Update: Ordered on Dec 4, 2022. Have not received item as of Jan 16, 2023. West & Willow Support said they will check on the order. I have not heard back from them.

Unresponsive at best.

it was very difficult to get a hold of someone when I placed the order. I reached out to them within 15 minutes to make sure to cancel it. Regardless, they continued to make the portraits and shipped it out and then I received the order today - one of the pictures doesn’t even look right. It is very frustrating that they offer the “within 30 minutes contact us if you want to cancel your order” and I did that (15 minutes), but they didn’t even accommodate me at all.

Sent me the wrong picture on my coffee mug. Multiple emails correcting the issue. Now they sent me an email saying it's been corrected but are sending me a picture frame, not a coffee mug.

I ordered my portraits on November 28th for a Christmas gift and still haven't received them (5 weeks later). I have had to follow up with Customer Service 5+ times. Initially they had no answers for me, then they told me the order had been delivered and the tracking info they gave me said it was delivered to a U.S. address (I'm in Canada). After additional follow ups, they just informed me that I should receive it in 7 days. Not once was there an apology or acknowledgement of error on their end. I'm still not sure what the product will look like but the customer service has been terrible.

I ordered on December 3rd, was sent notification that order was shipped on December 12th, and apparently the order was canceled on December 22nd. I had zero knowledge my order was canceled AFTER I was told it shipped and I’ve not gotten a refund. What’s the issue here? This ruined a birthday gift I ordered more than 5 weeks in advance

You never shipped it. Sent shipping confirmation but never shipped also your web site is deceiving woth prices and options if a product is free with a code only link to the free one
