I recently ordered a two-pet portrait that arrived damaged, which is the only reason that this review is not 5 stars. The photo looks amazing! When reaching out to customer service, they were more than helpful and friendly and let me know they would ship a new one out quickly. It was an extremely seamless process, the customer service rep Khris was super helpful and answered all of my questions in addition to switching the shipping address. I have already ordered another portrait!

No # to track order... otherwise very happy with the end result! Looks amazing and came relatively quickly given it was the holiday season.

Great ordering process was very easy to use. Once I figured out how I wanted it to work it only took me 20 minutes. My only suggestion would be to allow someone to go back in and edit the name, and possibly view with the final product might look like. Other than that great job!

Shipping information has taken a long time and ordered 3 weeks before Christmas and it’s now the 17th and have gotten no update

I ordered a custom painting the 9th and still haven't heard any updates. Not even a tracking number. And although it looks like a great site, Im still nervous I am not getting what I ordered anytime soon.

Order process was super easy. I like that you can upload directly from camera roll or Instagram. I would have appreciated feedback on pictures. Just to ensure that what I chose will work for the final product.
