West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Our dog never photographed well. Being all black, it was just hard to capture his details in a photo. The print we received from West and Willow blew me away. They captured every nuance of his face. His eyes, his beard, his nose… it’s like looking at him in person again, which feels like a hug every time we see him on our wall.

I’ve ordered many times and it’s always great!

Love my print! Came quickly. Highly recommend.

It was easy to order and it was delivered fast I gave it as a gift and he was very appreciative.

Customer service was excellent! We initially weren’t thrilled, but they were quick to make it right for us. Very appreciated!

I am beyond pleased with my pictures! The essence of their souls and personalities are captured thru their eyes. Truthfully I wasn't sure what to expect - thinking they'd just be drawings, but no! I swiftly ordered one for my son's dog too. Arrived faster than I thought and packaged super carefully!

Adorable products. Great customer service. Fast shipping.

I had the most incredible experience with the West & Willow team! I was initially referred by a friend after seeing a beautiful portrait of her beloved pupper in her home from West & Willow. I quickly ordered a portrait of my 12-year-old golden retriever from West & Willow. Once it had arrived, I noticed a couple of concerns with my order. I emailed the team at West & Willow and they were very quick with resolving my issues. I am very impressed with the professionalism, dedication, and the excellent customer service that I received from the team at West & Willow. I am most thankful for Siena, who connected with me throughout the whole process. Thank you West & Willow! -Irish
