West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

The quality of the products from West & Willow is easily a 5. I gave a 4 simply because the shipping was misleading. I was told my order would arrive in time for Christmas, yet I have not received a shipping notice so not likely. A great product, I just really wanted it to be here for the holiday.

My original order had an incorrect part to it. I had requested to have the image without a collar and the artist added a collar. That being said, I reached out to customer service and was very pleased with the service. I received a timely response and updates along the way for the changes. West and Willow provided a new image that matched my request. I love how it captures my dogs character and am looking forward to putting it up in my home.

Since you sent me multiple emails to review and I haven’t received my item yet, I’m giving 4 stars due to the online experience to build my picture. It was a great experience, very easy and intuitive. Uploading pics was simple. I assume once I get my picture, it will be 5 stars.

Portrait is great - very cute! This makes a great gift. I think the business has been somewhat overwhelmed over the holidays this year, but if you need to reach out - email works and they are also quite responsive on Facebook messenger. Took a little longer than expected with a shipping scare, but this is a legitimate business, not a scam. If your order did not show tracking information when entered in UPS, try checking the order # on USPS instead. It says it’s shipped with UPS but mine was USPS.

I still haven’t had any correspondence regarding my order and I placed it 3 weeks ago. I’ve also emailed support for some info and it’s been crickets.... Update, I received an update regarding my order. It's understandable that they're so behind with the year/holidays the way it is. I'm legit looking forward to our order arriving!

Thank you for responding to my earlier review, I understand that you can not control shipping during the holidays, particularly during a pandemic, and I really appreciate the digital copy you forwarded. I was mostly commenting on the fact the review request came before the item was even completed. I’m sure I will be pleased with the final product. After all, we all love our sweet doggos!

The dog portraits came out amazing. The only problem was they didn’t come in frame colors that I picked and paid for. I ordered 3 different portraits and I wanted 3 different frame colors and backgrounds. The background color was done correctly but they gave me white frames on all portraits despite me ordering it in black and walnut. Sort of disappointed but the portraits were good.

Easy to order and guidelines were straightforward. Shipping could be better.
