I got a picture that looked NOTHING like my dog, so I reached out to customer service. They didn’t reply for 2 weeks, then said they would reach out in 3 days with a new order. It had been ANOTHER 2 weeks with no response and multiple emails. Customer service is absolutely awful and so are their products. It has been over 2 months and nothing from their company. What a waste of money!!

I ordered 3 pet portraits. One was of my deceased Bichon. In his portrait he was given straight hair like a yorkie or terrier instead of curly/kinky/fuzzy hair of a bichon, which is more similar to a poodle. As such, the portrait looks nothing like him. I am heartbroken and disappointed.

My mug looks awful. Not centered and size of the picture is not big for the size of mug.

Hi Liz, We are very sorry about that. Upon checking, your replacement order had already been processed. Please check your email for more information.

Why do companies send reviews before their products even ship. I'm waiting to see a shipping confirmation

Don’t waste your money! After waiting over a month for a picture of our cat, it finally arrived and is shocking! It looks nothing like the picture I sent in, is tiny for the price we paid and isn’t even a glass picture frame - it’s plastic in a cheap looking black frame. Customer service couldn’t care less that I wasn’t happy with it either. Very disappointing.
