I ordered after a friend said how pleased they were with their portraits. The process was easy, the only thing I would consider a slight improvement is regarding when you select your background, frame and size. I could not tell if my selection was acknowledged; it did not look any different after I clicked on each. Once I checked out I could see if my choices were showing as I wished. So looking forward to the order coming in and see my girls pretty faces in their portraits.

I had a issue with tracking too. The Link was for ups but usps delivered it. Love the picture.

I did not receive my order in a timely manner but I will say the company was great in responding and did make it up to me with a little something extra. Thanks!

The portrait came out really nicely! The only thing off was the coloring of Miko. Miko is white, but in the portrait, he came out as beige. However, this might be due to us choosing a white background. Other than that, it’s a great portrait!

Updated review: Revising my initial review & changing from 2 to 4 stars. Post review, I received an email from customer service team as well as subsequently receiving my order. Customer service was very open & honest in their acknowledgement of the initial lack in response, addressed my concerns as well as provided a very thorough update. I appreciate the team & commend their quick action. In addition, I have since received my order & am very happy with their creative product. The picture is exactly what I was expecting & am super pleased with it. Thank you W&W, wonderful work! Initial review: I don’t typically write reviews for a negative experience however I feel in this case, it’s warranted. I’m giving 2 stars. The site was very easy to use, I had no issues with submitting my order. Since then, nothing. I received confirmation that my order was submitted & to expect an email with tracking information within 5-7 business days. It has now been almost 3 weeks since my order was placed & have not received an order shipped email or any update about my order. I sent a quick, friendly email to customer support requesting an update. No response! I very much understand it’s a busy time of year & it is very okay if my order is delayed. I would just appreciate an update. So, for that, based on customer service (or lack there of), is the reason behind my 2 star rating. My expectations were very high. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.
