I ordered my picture without a frame. Maybe that’s my fault. I expected it to come in a card stock type, flat envelope, but it came rolled in a box and there are creases all over it. Just doesn’t look pristine.

I paid extra to have my order put at the front of the line to be completed and shipped faster but it has taken longer then the 7-10 days they said it would take.

I saw this on my social media feeds and thought I'd try it out. It's hard to get a good picture that catches the personality of your dog so start there. I had 2 made. The Bichon one was really cute and really captured her personality, but the hair was wrong on the top. They had it parted and flat when she really has a cotton ball head. It looks more like a maltese which is why I gave only 3 stars. The second one of our new pup was good but he was too small. He barely filled a third of the page, I would have like for his head to be bigger and more of his body to show like the Bichon one. He actually looks smaller than her when you put the posters side to side, and he's at least 3 times bigger, so 2 stars for that one as well. At the vert least the head sizes should be he same size.

I ordered an 8x10 print as a gift for my mom. The idea is great and is what turned me onto purchasing but the quality just doesn’t match the price tag. I’m all for supporting small businesses with a higher price if the quality matches but I was severely underwhelmed. The first thing i noticed was how cheap the frame looked, I’ve gotten similar at a dollar store. It really takes away from the originality of the print. Also, the printed name of the dog could definitely be bigger. The print of the dog is pretty good and definitely looks like my moms dog though. Great idea, not great execution and quality. A fun one time purchase but wouldn't recommend to others.

I thought picture of Bandit was nice. But, quality is horrible. For what cost i thought could of been better. I was going to do my dog too but decided not too with quality. I gave to friend and thought good picture.

The picture had a pink ink splotch next to the dogs right ear. It was very noticeable

The picture came out cute, didn’t look quite as much like my friend’s dog as I’d hoped, as I was giving it to her as a gift. I wish West and Willow sent you a proof to approve before they just make and ship your print to you. I’ve ordered from other pop art/pet art websites and they allow you to make changes and approve your photo first. However, overall I was satisfied with the customer service, and the price was very reasonable.
