I still haven’t received my purchase.

I ordered from West and Willow on 11/25/22, they charged the order on 11/28/22. Five weeks later I received a framed picture of the exact same photo I had sent them. There was no editing, no QC check, nothing. Please keep in mind this was received after Christmas and their barrage of communications stated “order by 12/9 to ensure Christmas delivery”. They have made no effort to effectively communicate, simply stating “thank you for your patience”, or expedite the corrected order; they even missed the 3-5 day proof deadline they set for themselves. Seven and half weeks since my order placement I received the proof to review. I have just received a new order confirmation on what starts the eight week after placing the order. For the approved proof I assume. I’ve also received and email stating 2-3 weeks for delivery. These prints are interesting but let’s be realistic, West and Willow should have a filter they slap on and then adjust the levels of each picture. It should take no more than a week to edit and send it to the printer. Waiting so long for an order of this kind of item is unacceptable. For quality, of the print, I can’t say as I am still waiting. Quality of the frame is ok (basing this on the incorrect order I received), but you could probably pick the same frame up at Hobby Lobby for $12.99. Sadly you got the name wrong! My dog is HANK, which it clearly said on my order form. I have another one that is perfect of my dog, Piper. I’m hoping this can be corrected before Valentine’s Day.

I still haven’t received my product and I ordered December 5th. The items were supposed to be Christmas presents. I still don’t have confirmation the shipped. So my review is solely based on lack of getting items in a timely manner. I can’t say anything in regards to the quality of the product.

2nd attempt to delivery and was returned. This was a xmas gift for a friend . UPS can't seem to do their job and delivery it.

I placed my order on 11-28-22. It is 1-15-23 and I am still waiting for my order. I am starting to think it is not going to come. I have emailed customer service twice. They are timely to respond, but so far both responses have said I will receive a shipping email within two to three days from my emails, and I do not receive that, and again am still waiting. I do NOT recommend.

The frame was broken upon delivery.

Let me start by saying this is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from this company, this time I ordered a picture of 2 German Shepards on 11/25 as a Christmas gift. I received it on 12/15 and was so disappointed when 1of the dogs was a Black Lab, I immediately emailed them and heard back on 12/18 saying how sorry they were that I was “dissatisfied with my artwork” but that they would replace it, I told them that I was leaving on 12/23 and they needed to overnight it or refund my account if it wasn’t going to make it…. Their reply was that they don’t do refunds and can’t overnight it “because it’s only a poster”. Next time instead of spending $70.00 for a poster, I’ll order it from ETSY. BTW, I finally received it on 1/05
