Pretty expensive for a small portrait

UPDATE - West and Willow solved my issue after seeing this trust pilot review. Thank you for reacting. I mistakenly used my old address at checkout due to auto complete with the service SHOP. I emailed support within 2 minutes or ordering to change it, it took them 3 days to reply and said it’s now too late. Overall the marketing is amazing but the service is very disappointing. Now I’ll arrange someone to pickup the artwork at my old address and hope i won’t be disappointed by the actual delivery.

I'm very disappointed. Despite paying extra for 'front of the line' and tipping my creator fairly well, my piece was not created, and my big gift for my spouse didn't arrive for Christmas. Amidst the many promo emails I received since ordering, I found an email requesting more photos. If I had known my pic was not of the quality needed, I would never have ordered. My puppies are grown now and additional pictures will not help. I've asked for a refund. I'm sure it would have been wonderful. I have no experience with the actual product. Edit: West & Willow provided a full refund, super fast. Great customer service!

I am editing an old post where I was unhappy with customer service and their ability in responding to my complaint. Since posting, they reached out and fixed the situation, which I appreciate. Final product looks much better now.

We are having problems. Gift not received, can’t get updates and waiting to hear back from customer service. Updated: We just heard from customer service and they are backlogged and saw a digital image of our gift. Hopefully our family will get it soon and we will update this posting. Final Update: My sister and her family did receive the gift and they love it though it came well after Christmas and I ordered far in advance. I have ordered in the past for a pet memorial and that was a hit as well. I really do like the product and would buy again, but was disappointed about the delays and lack of communication until I made this post. Hopefully the kinks get worked out and this won’t be an issue in the future. I have updated my rating and would have taken this to 5 stars if they would have offered a discount on this order or a future order for the inconvenience.

No issues with ordering or anything, just wish they had sample photos of cats. I had a hell of a time getting good photos of my cats and the ones I did get they’re laying down but the photo requirements say not to let them lay down so it would be nice to see sample photos of cats standing or sitting so I know what o should be aiming for. Hopefully the photos I got work.

Although the delay was longer than expected for me to receive my order, West and Willow was in contact with me throughout, which was greatly appreciated. I LOVE my print and would definitely recommend!
