end product was beyond adorable. my daughter cried it was such a great image of her dog. There were some issues with my initial picture, needed to resend and I received very little feedback that things were then ok and when my order was ready to be shipped. I first ordered early November and didn't get it until last week but the end result was well worth the wait. Just would have been great to get more feedback during that timeframe of waiting.

We solved all of the issues with good customer support! However, the artist's work was not that much detailed as I thought.

Only giving 4 stars because it took a bit longer than expected to receive, but the print was fantastic.

My portrait arrived with the name spelled incorrectly, but customer service has been great and surprisingly speedy with communication during the holiday season. I'm looking forward to receiving the corrected portrait soon!

I would rate the experience a zero if possible, I placed my order three weeks ago and have received absolutely no communication, order updates or shipping confirmation. I have emailed the company support department 4 separate times with absolutely no responses. I was already charged for my order and for the “skip the line” option which was a total waste of money. With all of the other options for similar products I will never give this purchase anything from the company ever again. Complete and utter disappointment. Update: The original experience with this order was very frustrating due to the lack of communication from W&W, however since their response to my original review the service has been excellent. Khris has gotten back to me very quickly, provided updates and even got me a complete replacement when my original order showed up with some imperfections on the frame. The picture itself is awesome. If they can fix the initial communication and delay issues this would be a 5 star rating.

My sister in law ordered our poster as a Christmas present to our family about a month ago and it only arrived on December 31st, almost one week past Christmas. It didn’t bother me so much as to why the package was late, but it still would’ve been nice if it arrived on time. About the product, we are incredibly satisfied! Everything about the portrait is on point and looks very much like our puppy, Teddy! We ordered the largest size of the poster and ended up hanging it by our kitchen/ dining area and we are just obsessed with it! In the end we are happy with the outcome of our purchase. Will definitely order from them again.

Did not give 5 stars because did not receive in time for Christmas . However, we were so delighted with the framed picture of my daughters two dogs. It was perfect!

Thought west & willow ghosted me and I got someone else’s usps tracking. I thought west & willow hadn’t made attempts to contact me, but they had. The wrong usps tracking was a weird coincidence. Pro tip: when searching for your inbox, search “support west willow” and not “west &willow”. Not sure if this has happened to anybody else, but it happened to me. For some reason their emails weren’t showing in my inboxes. So far they’re doing a great job reaching out. Waiting for the final result!
