West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

The picture of my dog came out great. It looks like him, they did an excellent job bringing the picture to life. I wasn’t sure if it would look like my dog but honestly I can see his personality in the picture so J feel like they portrayed him from the picture I sent very well. The only thing I would say to future buyers is to make sure the picture you chose of your pet to be at a good angle because the picture I chose kind of cut out his neck and ears a little bit so just be careful on that. I’m sure they stated that in the picture guidelines but of course I didn’t read that so I can’t blame anyone but myself. I love the outcome though, this will be something I can keep forever and it is a very unique gift idea as well. Love it overall!

I adore the portrait of our dog which arrived carefully packaged, well in time for Christmas and exactly as expected. So I decided to order a portrait of our kitten too. The ordering process remained simple, however, the 1st promo code provided by W&W (for my 2nd portrait) didn’t work. Also, I’d read on the website that all orders >$100 included free shipping but I was charged an additional $19+. It was a little more expensive than I thought it would be but I’m anticipating I’ll love the new portrait as much as the first.

The picture came out absolutely beautiful. The only problem is that we ordered a digital copy of the print and we did not have access to it. We don't know where to find it or how to get it. It would be great if someone from customer service could lend a hand! We have ordered three prints from West and Willow and are always so happy with the outcome. I know this is just a little snaffoo!

Great to order from and helpful with the specifications so it was easy to use. Only down side is the parcel tracking information is not very informative but that is a third party problem. But would definitely buy from your business again. Can not wait for my picture to arrive. :)

Happy with the artwork very accurate images on the pets.

Images came out great! Only thing is that it took over a month to arrive which is disappointing but probably the postal services issue.

Ordering is easy but the shipping address ( which is different than my billing address) was wrong. 2nd order this happened to. Always worried it will go to correct address.

I am giving my experience 4 stars. This is because I ordered six portraits over the holiday season and unfortunately one of the portraits had the dogs name spelled incorrectly. Because of this, we had to give out this portrait on Christmas knowing it was incorrect. On the positive side however, all of the artwork was wonderful!! I was very impressed with how well the artists captured all of our furbabies. West & Willow also came through with ensuring our portraits arrived on-time for Christmas. Their website said if you ordered by Dec 3rd, they would do everything they could to ensure delivery by Christmas and they came through (including shipping one of my orders expedited to make good on their guarantee). Additionally, when we contacted West & Willow about the misspelling on the one portrait, they were quick to apologize and 100% happy to redo the portrait for us. Because of my positive experience with customer service and the quality of the artwork, I would definitely order from West & Willow again. Thank you!
