In general the website is pretty user friendly, however, had a difficult time editing items from my cart (i.e. cropping photos, updating notes for artist, etc.). This required me to start my order over again a few times.

No communication. Don’t know how it works, if we get a proof or is it just sent out. Paid to be moved to front of line but still haven’t got anything. Just wish it had more communication. I’ve emailed support and no response.

This was a gift so she was very happy with it. However, as the one who sent it (and paid for it) I was expecting a preview before sending it. Unfortunately, this website does not offer such a thing. I hope they change this because that’s a big deal for some people.

Ordering was quick and easy. However, I paid extra for the skip the line offer, which initially said $12.99. I then just checked my order confirmation and saw that they charged me $19 for this instead for not reasonable or explained markup in price.

I am writing to express my displeasure with my West & Willow order. When I opened up my package of what was supposed to be a portrait of my corgi, Ruby, I was dismayed to find that what I received was NOT a portrait of my corgi, Ruby. It was instead a portrait of what appears to be a shih tzu named Myla. This was especially disappointing because the portrait was intended to be a gift for my husband for our first wedding anniversary (traditionally a "paper"-themed gift), and I even paid the extra $12.99 to "skip the line" to ensure that the portrait would arrive in time. I originally wanted to give just one star for my experience, but I decided to give two stars because Myla still looks quite nice. UPDATE: West & Willow was prompt in addressing my concerns. They have refunded my “skip the line” fee and will be sending me a replacement portrait.

I had hoped the pups eyes were his actual color... one is blue one is brown... it didn't pick it up... :( but other than that happy with quality of product...

I ordered a large shipment and couldn’t use a coupon code. After I reached out they informed me it was used already on a previous order. They did nothing else to make me happy as a customer. I totally forgot I had already used it but why should that matter, I’m a repeat customer. I have received half my order and one of the frames showed up blank. Now I have to wait 2 days to hear back from a CS specialist and still waiting on the other half of my order.
