West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

I thought this was an easy process. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because at check out process it doesnt give you a preview of what your final product will look like. I would have appreciated that before I clicked check out just to make sure it was what I wanted.

Looked great , just a chip in frame

I would have given 5 stars, but they made my boxer smaller than the 2 French bulldogs. I sent 3 pictures and it was obvious the size difference and they made the frenchies bigger than the boxer.

I recently lost one of my cats- immediately, I thought to order one of these to hang up in my office and see my beautiful boy always. It came pretty quickly, and came out beautifully. The only thing- The quality was good- but I do feel for the price, you should be getting a lot more. I paid $70 for an 8x10 I feel like I could've done with an app and framed myself 1/4 the cost.

I have had so many compliments.. I love that it’s in the center of my living room for everyone to see.. my favorite purchase..

This is really great quality at a fair price. I would have given five stars except they don’t send you a preview like similar companies. I sent several pics of my pups and one of my white dogs wasn’t exactly white in the picture so the end product has him looking a bit like a Cairn Terrier (cream color) instead of a West Highland White Terrier. Overall, I still like the end result and highly compliment their excellent customer service!

Looks great

I love the portrait it self, looks amazing. I just wish I was given a preview before it was printed so I could change the background color. I choose black base on a sample closest to my dogs color, but he was just a little darker. Hard to see him unless it's in bright light. I would highly recommend.
