I like the picture but I’m disappointed because my photo is creased.

Disappointed with this purchase. I paid to skip the line in hopes to have portrait in hand for a birthday party. Shipping label created Saturday morning-didn’t leave until Monday. Arrived with broken frame-all four sides and shattered plexiglass. Photo bent because of it leaving a large crease and small tear. Thankfully had insurance and opted for refund instead of replacement. It was shipped in a slightly larger flattering box with one solitary square of bubble wrap approximately 6x8 inches-explains the damage. On the flip side, my husband gifted me a photo of our pup 2 years ago and we absolutely love it. The quality seems to have gone downhill since. There are many other companies out there that offer this and I will explore those options for future purchases.

The portrait came out way too dark compared to the photo we submitted. It almost looks like a silhouette.

I order 3 prints. Each one the paper the dogs are printed on are wavy in the frame. Kinda disappointed as it’s pretty noticeable. Order at your on risk.

I have purchased for a friend in the past and had a good experience, however this time was not a good one. I spent 161.00 for a framed print that was blurry and dark. I thought it was the picture sent in but the picture is clear and bright. Clearly these are prints on paper but I'm not sure there was any quality review done.

I spent a lot of money. I wish they looked more like my dog.

There wasn't a preview of the portrait before it was delivered and the picture doesn't look like the same dog
