Extremely pleased!! The picture is better than I expected! I ordered one for my mom for her birthday! I’ll be ordering one for myself next!

Artwork turned out great! The frame I received was broken, but Customer Service sent out a replacement. The replacement arrived after I moved and they were able to update my address. Responsiveness was quick and Khris was very helpful and friendly.

Great experience except for misprint of pet's name. They very quickly answered email and corrected the problem. Otherwise I would give them a five star review.

I would like to update my review. Since I posted my concerns I heard back right away. Not only did they do an incredible job, they had it here in time for Christmas! My grandson loved the portrait as we all did! Thank you for the great job and for listening to my ideas! Lynn

Well- it was worth the wait. We have 2 of these photos, one of my daughters pup- and one of my lab that we lost to cancer in 2020. They are so good!! I have referred several friends.

The portrait was lovely and very well done! However, giving it 4 stars because I initially paid for skip the line rush fee and it didn’t arrive until nearly a month after my order date. Customer service did make things right with reimbursing the rush fee since it did arrive very late, so I had a good experience on that end. Overall, great quality of the portrait and came out beautiful.

I’ve gotten this email to review in response to my plea for a refund on an accidental second charge so I’m just here for help.

It honestly couldn’t have turned out any better! I’m giving it 4 stars however, because I asked for their names to be on there and they weren’t. They told me they couldn’t, though I did email them right after I ordered it so it could be fixed and then they emailed me a week later saying the order was already processed. Even without the names, it still looks great :)
