I'm reviewing with 3 stars at the moment because I am unsure how successful the product will be. I think the product would be greatly improved if there was an option for seeing a proof, or making sure your photo will work rather than hoping for the best and spending the money. I'm crossing my fingers it comes out nicely as it is for my husband who's family dog has passed and he was not able to say goodbye in person due to covid.

I think my image is about 75% right. It's pretty good, but also, there are a couple of things that are wrong. I asked for a proof in the comments before shipping, but never received it... I would have changed it for sure, had i seen it before I opened it. Giselle

The customer service has been great however they lightened my dogs eyes in the photo and and made them light brown now it doesn’t look like her. She had dark dark brown eyes. I wish they had asked before altering the photo.

Nice, but thought the dogs could have came up a little higher instead of having more white open area. Centered better and thought shading would have been better too. Dont get me wrong, my mother will love it!

I order 2 - 8 1/2x10 framed pictures. One turned out great! The other wasn’t as impressive. I felt the image didn’t exactly represent my pup well and his name was printed crooked. I’m not sure that it’s worth the amount paid.

Got the two dog photo canvas, one of the dogs turned out a lot darker than the actual dog/photo chosen however still looks like the dog. The second dog looks identical I can’t fault it! I requested in my comments to make them bright and beautiful, a little shame they aren’t both as light/bright as the 2nd dog

It took two tries before the quality of the portrait was completed and approved. As well, I had to send a follow up note to see the progress of your work.

After I sent an email and made a review on this website about the lack of communication with West & Willow, I got an email from them the same day as well as a reply on my review. This was November 4th. I got my shipment number on November 11th and my pet portrait was at my door on November 13th! The total time waited for this product, after my initial order, was 15 business days. After I opened my package, I was disappointed to find damage to the frame... luckily it was on the back of it and there was no damage to the front. I do believe this to be a super cool item, but over priced. A few of my college friends could do this same work with their iPads... Communication was better after my email, but my frame still came in damaged. (I wish I could post pictures under this review, but I’m not seeing where to do so) I was hoping to leave a better review once I got my product, but I guess I’ve learned my lesson!
