I originally received a pet portrait as a gift from my granddaughter. I loved it so much, I ordered a pet portrait for a friend. When I had questions about the finished product, the customer service associate was rapid to respond and worked with me until I was satisfied. The finished product is amazing!

Love the picture of my sister’s two dogs. It made her cry and she loved it! What I love about West and Willow is their superb customer service! The first print came out a little dark and they immediately without hesitation, made some touchups and reprinted for me. It was really important for me to make sure it was perfect and so I really love that West & Willow did this.

I got my first portrait when I was grieving the loss of my first dog in 2021. It was a beautiful picture. Unfortunately, I suddenly and unexpectedly lost my remaining dog on February 3rd. I wanted to memorialize her as well. They are both so beautiful and a great comfort to me.
