Delayed shipping over holiday break - was told a delivery by 12/24 but did not receive shipping information until 12/27. Good and responsive customer service with editing portrait and adjusting colors after delivery - typically heard back next business day.

Update on my review (changing from 1 star to 4 stars): West & Willow’s customer service did refund my shipping and gave me a tracking number. The preview of my dog’s portrait does look very cute. I’m looking forward to receiving it this week. Thank you for reaching out and making an effort to solve the problem. I will consider ordering more portraits once everything is under control. :) Old Review: Absolute horrible service. I ordered a portrait on Dec 3rd, and never received an update about where my order was. After weeks of trying to get ahold of them (I had to send 4 emails within two weeks) they finally reached out and finished designing my order. Now it’s been more than a few days and I still haven’t received any shipping info, they haven’t offered to reimburse my original shipping, and still are not responding to my emails. It’s been over a month a half, with very little update.

The website was easy to navigate step by step. I wish I could have seen a preview of my pet with each background so I could get a feel for what mine would look like. Other than that it was quick and painless!

Very accommodating and helpful. I had an issue after receiving my print and I got such an excellent response and service from Ralph. Highly recommended.

Picture was amazing and looked just like my dog that has recently passed away but the frame was not put together well. It had two detached corners from using little staples to hold the wood together.

My fiancé bought one of these pictures before and it turned out perfect. I thought I would get one for her of our puppy and one for a friend who’s dog had to be put down. The only reason why I gave this four stars is because I wish You could review the picture after purchasing it online. Otherwise 5 stars

I can really only write my review regarding my ordering experience since I have yet to receive my digital print or my framed picture. I found the ordering process to be easy but am unclear as to when the digital prints arrive. I was provided regular updates as my order progressed, which was helpful! My framed photo shipped relatively quickly and is tracking to be here in a few days. The timing of the review request seems odd. I was given a “last chance to review” notification before My order arrived. If I am able to write an update about the actual product, I will when it arrives.

Response to my emails were fast. 4 stars for taking well over a month to get item especially when I paid extra to have my order moved to the top of the line so my friend could receive it at Xmas. Didn’t get it until first or second week of January even though I had ordered on December 6. Also, arrived wrong from what I ordered but customer service was very quick to address the issue so I upped the stars due to customer service responses. Work was adorable!
