Ordering was very easy and quick. Just nervous about whether I took a good picture of my pet - a bunny.

Received my picture today . I find it not a great representation of my dog . The picture made her more long hair than she is. Also I asked for the collar/name to not be included because her name was already going to be on the picture but when the photo arrived her collar/name is on it as well . I would give this a fair review .

Requested to resubmit a different photo for a custom pet portrait a couple days after order but was denied. Good otherwise.
Response from West & WillowNov 25, 2020
Hello Jeremy, Due to the nature custom of our product our artists immediately start the illustration. As much as we wanted to change the photo, it looks like you emailed 3 days after the order has been placed. Guaranteed though that we have extremely talented designers that will bring out the best of your pet. 👍🏼

The picture showed up with way more brown coloring than the picture sent in. The dog is older and used to be all black but has gone white and gray in the face. While under her eyes is brown, nothing else on her face is. I just expected it to show up with a clear likeness to the dog based on the advertisements. It is okay but I’m not blown away.

Hi Hluns, We sincerely apologize that you are unhappy with your artwork. Your satisfaction is our top priority so we'd love to make this right with a new piece of artwork. We just sent an email to the address on file. Please get back with us at your earliest convenience.

Love the product. FAQ could include more info on shipping to different addresses. I bought 2 dog pix and wanted to mail to 2 different addresses. Couldn’t figure out how to do that. Gave up. Created 2 separate orders.

Hello Melinda, Thank you for placing your orders! For the shipping time frame, we have more information on this link https://westandwillow.com/pages/shipping. Also, at the moment, we are unable to process one order for two different addresses. We will make sure to consider this option in the future. 👍

I've had several issues with orders and many e mails back and forth. Some have been resolved but the last issue is a phone case I ordered weeks ago. I found out thru email that they were out of them. I replied immediately and its been 3 days and still haven't been replied too. I am frustrated

The actually "painting" was very small leaving a lot of white space. It was also only the top portion of the picture I sent. The quality is okay, but certainly won't fool people into thinking it is a painting.

Hello Jill, Thank you for sharing your feedback! All our portraits are done through a manual process called digital illustration. However, we're sorry to hear you are unhappy with your artwork! We would like the opportunity to investigate your feedback further. Kindly check your inbox for an e-mail from us.

I ordered 2 dog portraits of our family dogs for my daughter for Christmas. The one our our smaller dog is fabulous. It looks just like her. The one of our larger dog is wonderful too but the size of her head is so small on the print. There is lots of space to fill and I really wish it was much bigger. The artists captured both of them to perfection. I’m just a little disappointed in the scale of one.

Hello Becky, Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. I’m very sorry we failed to meet your expectations. We are sending you an e-mail now to get this taken care of.
