Absolutely worst experience with customer service. The quality of the product has went down and the artwork is Absolutely garbage! It took 3 months for a resolution and would not give a refund. Takes a full week to get a response from customer service and there is no phone number to speak to a human being. I reached out to the better business bureau because this company is a scam.

The picture I ordered for my daughters birthday was bent in multiple spots. I get things happen the frustrating part has been the communication or lack of. It takes days to get a reply. Then The fact I wanted to upgrade my order and wasn’t even offered any kind of discount for having to upgrade my order due to the fact the first order was messed up. I don’t see me using west and willow again unless they do something about their communication.

The website clearly states collar will be removed in portrait. It was NOT removed. Customer service is horrible. Do not order from them.

I’m really upset about how my art turned out. The fur color of one of my dogs turned out completely wrong. If you look at the picture of my dog I submitted it is so clearly wrong (they made my dog black when it is brown). Seems like no time or effort went into double checking if the art was correct. I ordered my art way in advance to ensure that I got it in time for my moms birthday. It is a portrait of her two dogs who both passed away last year. It is looking like now she won’t get it unless this is corrected and shipped to me within a weeks time. Wondering why I was prompted for a tip (and left one) if to time is being put into determining accuracy.
