Super easy ordering. I wish I could have seen a preview with the photo I sent. But I’m excited to see it. I will follow up after I see it but so far I’m very happy.

At first I was pretty upset with what I received. But the team at West & Willow worked really hard and would not stop until I was happy with my orders. They have now fixed my portraits and are sending me prints that I am much happier with! Very excited to receive the final product.

We recently had to put our dog of 14 years to sleep. I had this picture made for my husband’s office because our dog laid at his feet while he worked from home. The picture is amazing didn’t give 5 stars because it was super expensive for the price but the quality is sooo good.

Great execution and very fast! That said, I had asked in the description for the dogs to have bow ties and never got a response on that. Just a completed product.

Ordered picture as Christmas gift. Slightly delayed delivery, but understandable considering the timing. Picture arrived and the image wasn’t exactly what we were looking for. They kindly fixed it and sent us a new one which arrived today, and it looks great. Have already recommended to friends and family. Overall positive experience.

I ordered a picture of our dog as a Christmas gift for my husband. The item shipped quickly and arrived when expected. The picture was much darker than I hoped for. My brown dog looked more black. However, when I contacted customer service they offered a re-print at no cost, and let me approve the image before printing. I was very pleased with their responsiveness and with the final product.
