I love the picture that I received. It looks just like our sweet doggo. However, when the print was packaged, it was not done with care and the top half of the print is crunched. I ordered it without a frame because I already have a frame that matches perfectly with our home. I am very disappointed with the quality of the final print.

All of the illustrations are custom made, which is why we don't have that feature. Rest assured though that we have extremely talented designers that will bring the best out of your pet 😍

You should provide a sample of the picture to the buyer before sending it to ensure the buyer is happy with the product.

Nice print, but it had a small crease on one side, and print wasn’t adjusted as requested. Paid extra $10 for a digital copy (should’ve been included IMO) and have yet to receive
