West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

I love it but I wish I could add more than one picture of the same animal. My pets don’t like to sit still so i can’t get one good headshot. Being able to put 2-3 pics of one animal would be good so all angels were taken into account

The portrait is AMAZING! The ONLY reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because we opted out for the name but the portrait is still at the bottom of the canvas like it would've been if the name was printed above. I thought it would've been centered on the canvas if we opted out of the name.

Update - Khris from West & Willow went above and beyond to make it right. Third time was a charm!! HI. I want to be able to give a great or excellent review but I also want to be honest and fair. The customer service was great. When my original photo submission did not meet the requirements, Shannon contacted me. We had a great exchange with multiple pictures to determine what she felt would be the best one. When I did receive the picture, it was beautiful! What was not beautiful was the bent picture frame as well as the uneven hangar on the back. I considered fixing it myself but her picture was firmly and securely framed. The framing should be the easy part. I've placed the picture where she can be seen but not hung. As this was an $140 investment, it was a bit disappointing.

Had to have my pet portrait edited because I was not satisfied. Customer service was awesome though. Quick responses and fixed it until I was satisfied. They care.

When I first received my dogs picture I was upset because it looked nothing like him, I contacted customer service and let me tell you they where amazing, they replied quickly to my email, they fixed the issues I brought up about the picture. They sent me the final edit to approve and it was everything I was looking for.. now I’m waiting for it to arrive and I can have something that reminds me of him daily. ♥️

I love this company, and my last portrait of my dog was perfect, 5 stars, looks just like her, made me cry, but this one I just got is a little small, I ordered an 8x10 and basically the whole thing is white with a tiny portrait of my dog, still adorable, and I still love it. I just wish it was more consistent.

I ordered a portrait for my friend for Christmas and I did get it in a timely manor! However, I was not happy with the final outcome. I contacted several times seeing it I could get it fixed. I thought that I wasn’t getting a response so I was frustrated, finally my husband got ahold of them and they assured to fix it right away, which they did! They even sent me a preview of the new final copy before it shipped and it was much better! Turns out, they had responded to my email but it was going to my junk/spam because it was from an email just called “support team” and I guess my email wasn’t recognizing it. Over all very good quality and I really like it, just wish the email would have been more clear! I ordered before from them and has no issues and was very happy. Definitely would recommend just make sure if you have to contact them for any issues that you pay extra attention to your email :)

I had a great experience but would have loved to be able to add a gift note.
