Website easy to navigate. Just waiting on it to arrive hopefully it looks accurate. No information given about when my order would ship or what the portrait would look like before actually shipping.

Asking for a review too early
Asking for a review too early. I just ordered a portrait last night. Understandably it hasn't been delivered yet or even produced. So, asking for a review this morning is silly.

It was kind of confusing when choosing…
It was kind of confusing when choosing two dogs whether you wanted one picture with the two dogs together or one of each dog in each picture. I figured it out. I also would like to see how the picture will look prior to completion if possible not that is unclear at this point

Hello Holly, We are sorry to hear that there was some confusion during the order process. Normally, if you wanted to use a photo with your two pets on it, you can upload the same twice. Nevertheless, we'll make sure to make it up to you through the actual artwork! 😊

A couple of things about the ordering process
The product looks cool. Wish there were a couple of more background options. A couple of things about the ordering process, the Next button always looks like it disabled as it is in a dusty (grayish) color, so it is not apparent that it is selectable. When ordering a product off of a website, asking for a tip comes off like you are begging for money. Just charge more for the product if that is your desire.

Just based on my experience
I've seen a lot of pictures and ads of people getting their cute portraits, and I've been wanting a portrait of my pets since! I've wanted to get it as gifts as well, but they are not cheap. A few of us pulled together for a group gift, and I am rating this for the experience compared to another similar product I ordered. The process goes as this..... you select the frame, color, type in the name, and submit ONE photo - that's it! Easy peasy! BUT, you don't get to customize it otherwise, and you don't even get a proof of what it will look like before it's sent out. You'd think that was a given, considering the price you pay and that it's an art piece that you'll want to display. It's been shipped out now and I have no idea what is shipped, so I hope it turns out great! Crossing my fingers :)
