Quick and easy

Loved the product, but what was even better was their customer service. They really worked with me to get my order correct. I will be a repeat customer!

I ordered portrait in early December as a Christmas gift but received in February. The product itself was good and customer service after complaint/giving a poor rating seemed genuine and was excellent. My experience may be a result of over-marketing and unable to meet the increased demand. I'd recommend the product but would not suggest planning it as a gift or for a milestone

I ordered 2 portraits. One for my brother who lost his dog a few years and another for my friend who lost his dog last year (giving it to him soon as a house warming gift). My brother cried and loved the portrait! They both came out beautiful and they look very similar to the photos I provided. What a special gift and highly recommended to anyone with or had a special pet in their family.

My first order was received with some considerable damage to the picture frame. I posted my review, and was pleasantly surprised by a very quick response from customer service saying they would make my order right. A replacement picture was sent out within a matter of days, and the second one arrived perfect. I really appreciate how easy it was to fix my order!

I give four stars instead of five only because I was not originally satisfied with the artwork. I think I can attribute this to the busy holiday season they likely had. But W&W's staff was great to work with in resolving the issue and living up to the satisfaction guarantee they promote.
