Error in my order.Finr print offers not preview but does allow for cancellation within half hour if ordering. Emailed immediately after and reply will be returned in 2-4 days. No contact numbers available. Site obscure with leads for information but in the end , I did not find any numbers. Not user friendly. Photo display online looks very nice so that’s why I attempted order.

Case did not fit iPhone. They sent a total of 3 cases - all the same size, none of them fit. Incredibly slow to respond. Refused to refund $ because of artwork. Art was nice and would have been perfect if the case fit. Took a total of 3 months to work through this. Still no case that fits. Completely unsatisfied and do not recommend.

Our picture came out the wrong color, I submitted a form on the website to follow up about an issue with the image and never got a response.

I ordered my item a months ago and it showing as shipped on the February 14 but ups has not even received the item yet. It was a birthday gift and I now have nothing for them.

Received the wrong phone case. They told me they would send a replacement, and I have not heard anything about it.

Cancellation policy, if we only have 30 minutes to change address or cancel our order. Why is your wait times 2-4 days? This seems very unfair that we must wait this long for an answer. Change your policy so that we as a customer can have more time to change our order if necessary.

My dog is black not brown just was not happy with this one

I love my my painting, it’s sooo cute and worth the money. However, that said, the digital copy is a waste of money, so don’t even bother getting it. I ordered the digital copy, and somehow received my painting and not my digital copy. I emailed support team about getting a refund because I didn’t receive a portion of my order, and got no response. I only request the money back for the digital copy. At least it’s only 8 bucks, but I’ll never order from here again.
