Print came out so nice! I do wish there could have been 2-3 inches more of my dog printed but overall looks very nice! Can’t wait to hang it up.

The art work was not as requested, and the frame arrived damaged. But West & Willow worked hard to make it right, and I love the final product!

The photos and names were fine . However we got 3 this week ( and our son bought 2 six months ago .) The frames are NOT the same exact size . (1frame is 1/4 inch shorter ) We hung all 5 in a row on a long wall and 1 is definitely shorter . Some had the hooks nailed into frame ( some did not) and 1 had hook nailed upside down ( teeth facing the ceiling ) Quality control of the framing process is needing improvement.

Produced a lovely product, really pleased. The only issue is remembering to tell your bank before you purchase mine bounced because it's charged from the US they thought it was fraudulent

They captured my dog’s expression beautifully! Even though she is gone I can still see the beauty and love and character in her eyes depicted in this artistic rendition. The more I look at it the more I get accustomed to the style which looks like graphic paint. The delivery was easy and on time. They even perfectly captured the way her ears sat on her head crookedly! I just wish that my note had been accounted for which was to leave on her pink collar and let her tag show. But that’s OK.

My picture arrived and it was adorable, unfortunately one of the dogs was completely the wrong color. I reached out to costumer service and was so impressed. They quickly sent me a new version and asked if it was a better match. It looked really good, my one suggestion would be to offer a proof before sending the final project to avoid these situations.

I am so excited for the two prints I ended up ordering. One is for a dear friend losing her pet. Another is for my family. I’m hoping without a preview that it comes out as expected. My motivation was the special 20% off for valentines extended but I had to email and ask your customer service to verify one of my photos. Unfortunately, I did miss out on that discount.UPDATE: I just received an email honoring the 20%. This company gets it!

Ordering from your site is super easy! maybe it would be good to add a preview?
