I LOVE the concept of this. However, for the product I ordered, I do have some ideas for improvement. I bought this as a gift for my friend. Her cat has many different poses, so I was trying to find 1 photo that best represented him. However, it would have been helpful to be able to submit multiple photos. His coloring on the final product wasn't great, and his shoulders look super hunched just because of the photo perspective (I think). It would also be helpful to have a review process. Or maybe offer a review of a digital copy for an extra cost, before it's printed. That would have been nice in this situation. I would have paid extra to be able to give feedback and edit the print before it's finalized and printed.

Had a few questions when I placed the order. no one got back to me.

Although the print that came was great, the package that it came in was damage and resulted in my print being creased and bent. The chosen packaging for photos without frames should definitely be improved in order to avoid this in the future.

Hi the portraits were cute one was def more realistic then the other. The color was wrong on the less realistic one it was a blue tone. It was frustrating not having a customer service number to voice my concerns. I had to wait 4 days to hear back from someone and I was concerned it wouldn’t arrive for Christmas. Companies need a phone number it’s good business.

Ordering was pretty easy just disappointing there was no option for gift wrap or to add a gift card. I’m sending this as a gift and there was no place to add a note to the person it’s being shipped to so they know who it’s from.

I’m giving 3 stars to be polite- I ordered a week ago with no update or anything on when my order is arriving. So far bad communication.

I havent received any order update since I bought. Hoping it comes soon and wish I was updated.

If doing print only I would give 5 stars. I spent extra for the frame and feel ripped off. Get your own frame. I can honestly say the prints are beautiful, this is the second time I have ordered from West and Willow and I would order again. However, the first time I did the print only option and this second time I purchased the frame in addition to the portrait. For $40 extra I did not expect to receive a picture frame that is plastic/acrylic instead of glass. The prints are beautiful but the frame feels cheap and frankly makes the entire portrait feel cheap. I ended up buying a new, glass, frame to replace the one they sent. I’d definitely recommend buying from them but save yourself the heartache and the money and do the print only.
