Well I ordered close to two month ago , and had no correspondence at all until I contacted you about my order. I answer the concerns you asked about my order right away then I just got an email stating I didn’t respond fast enough. You really need to get it together

Received my second picture and still the frame is not fully merged on the corners. There’s big gaps on the corners. Customer service emailed me today. I tell them the issue with the cheap frame. No answer. Honestly, I’d just like to be refunded instead of getting replacements and problem not fixed. **Order number 414594**

Zero communication, no order number or confirmation provided after the order was placed (and paid for) over a week ago. The company claims they send you info after 5-7 days and it’s past that now. I’m concerned it’s a scam and just grateful I didn’t spend a lot. But I wouldn’t do business with them again after such poor customer communication even if it does turn out to be legit.

I purchased a picture and digital download about 4 weeks ago and I haven’t received anything yet except runaround. No approximate delivery date but just requests for patience. Such a disappointing experience.

After finally getting the image of my dog correct, after receiving my replacement portrait the image and name are visibly blurry and pixelated and looks like it was a draft or a rushed printing job. Customer service has been ok, but this whole process has been drawn out way longer than it should be and is lacking quality control, especially since this a replacement for the first portrait not coming out good.

The quality of the portrait is just bad. It looks like a brown bear with Labrador ears. Which is disappointing as this is the third portrait I've ordered from West and Willow and the others were great. This is a bad likeness of a gorgeous chocolate Lab.

I received an email that my order was shipped with a tracking number. I never received my order and now UPS can not find the package. I emailed the company inquiring as to where my order is and they are telling me I have to wait 2-4 days for a response. I purchased the digital download and tried to download it and it just freezes. This was a memorial gift and I told the recipient I had a beautiful gift for them and it appears I don’t.

I received the portrait of someone else’s dog.
