West & Willow is a great company with great customer service. I placed an order with them and the product I got looked nothing like my dog and the quality also wasn’t that great. I emailed them and they worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I ended up having to use a new picture and I love the new one they sent me!

This poster of our 2 cats looks great. Our only complaint is the sizing of the cats was a little off, we have one really large cat and one more normal sized cat. Overall great buy, no regrets!

this was in remembrance of our pup, Earl, who passed away. loved the remarkable alikeness of his photo transferred into artwork. the only caveat was we also ordered a digital copy, however that did not arrive together. update | thank you. digital copy received.

Amazing job- fast turnaround & happy with the outcome. The reason for four stars is I wish there was a “preview button” that you could look at the preliminary art before ordering. Just a glimpse of possible backgrounds against the image of the pet so you can decide what background works best. Also, I wish there could be a way to add a gift message inside the package.

I ordered a pet portrait for my family for Christmas of my dog Herschel. The ordering process was straight forward and simple. Guidelines were clear about what kind of picture to send. Unfortunately when it arrived it really didn't look like our dog. It just didn't capture him. I reached out to customer service and they immediately wrote back wanting to make things right. Merdae was super helpful and good at communicating with me. After requesting some changes and seeing a second draft we still weren't happy with the portrait. I basically gave up but Merdae asked me to send a different photo to see if they could try again. This time the design was perfect! A huge difference from the first image to the second. We are so happy with this new portrait. They really went above and beyond to try and make sure we were happy. Drawback is it took a long time but I know it will be worth the wait.
