It’s annoying that you have a promo code that applies 20% off but then it doesn’t matter that you use it because then the order no longer qualifies for free shipping. I should have used the 10% code emailed to me and at least then I would save more. Not very happy.

There is a huge ink run right over the face of my dog and instead of reprinting it they chose to continue to frame it and send it to me anyway. Everything else was perfect but it leaves me very disappointed to know that they clearly had to know it was printed poorly and they thought it was acceptable to send to me regardless.

The first picture did not turn out well. I was offered a replacement and told it would take 3 to 5 days before I got a rendering. Three weeks later I got a rendering, which looked exactly the same as the original. Another week later I finally got a second rendering, which was slightly better. Now over a month after my original order, almost 2 months, I’m waiting for the second rendering to be shipped and hoping it gets here on time for the birthday present it’s supposed to be. Terrible experience.

Frame came broken, proportions are completely off. One of my dogs looks like a bear in the painting, wish they could’ve asked for a better picture

This company is horrible. Their support team is combative and unwilling to work with you, and the print I received looked nothing like my dog. Spend your money on Etsy with a small seller instead. This was such a waste.
