I love our print of our cats so much! It looks just like them. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it didn’t arrive correctly the first time. Details were missing - I asked for each cat to be wearing their collars and gave the colors and photos to go off of, but only one cat had a collar on. BUT the customer service is amazing and fixed what was missing, and showed me a preview to allow me to decide if it was good to go. I think allowing people to see a proof before shipping would allow for mistakes like that to be caught before printing. I know it might take a few extra days to ship with doing that, but I would rather that then have to wait a week to get the portrait right and then another week for the second portrait to arrive. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase now that it’s perfect!

The picture and frame quality is amazing. Out of my two dogs, one looked identical to the photo (love it!), while the other looked kinda strange (not really like my dog). Despite that, it is still really nice and I'm excited to hang it up ❤

I ordered a 12x16 framed print of my dog and was somewhat disappointed when it arrived. The frame was dollar-store quality and the illustration wasn’t quite right. West & Willow had it redrawn for me and I couldn’t be happier with the result! I wouldn’t recommend the frame, however. You can buy a much better frame for half of what they charge.

Received my 3 frames of my furbabies but one of the frames was damaged and I reached out to customer service and they were awesome and replaced the frame promptly. Graphics are great and a wonderful addition to my home

It would be a 5 if I could have approved the image before billed and mailed. But, I sent another image and it is way better!

I think that the ordering process was easy but i would have liked more communication such as via text messages as well.
