I placed my order July 12th and I still haven’t received it. I keep getting emails to write a review so I will write this for now solely based on I haven’t received it yet. I can’t comment on the quality of the product yet.

I bought this as a gift for my wife for our anniversary. While the image is adorable and accurately reflects our dogs, the paper the image was printed on is wrinkled and dented. It’s clearly visible behind the frame. To fix it, we’d need to take to a frame shop and have it mounted which will cost extra money and won’t guarantee a smooth finish. I was also surprised the glass on the frame was not glass at all but is plexiglass. This gift was not worth the cost.

I found the price to be quite high for the product delivered $60 for an 8x10 picture. The photo looked on but wasn't spot on. It's dissappointing they dont' provide a proof ahead of time allowing for one revision or piece of feedback before finalizing. They never followed up in emails or etc post purchase to see if it was satisfactory or anything. Just a little disappointed overall in the experience for the hefty price tag

I have yet to receive any shipping or updates on my order. I have gone on your website and there are no tracking order or even looking up my order link.

I never received an email with the tracking number so I can check on when I’ll be receiving it in the mail. Only email I got was for this survey.

This is my second purchase with West and Willow. The final product is nice but why when I pay for the digital file, does it take days to send? I got the notification that my item shipped a day ago but customer service said I should see an email with the file in a few days. This makes no sense to me. Wouldn't it be better to send the digital file the same day the item is shipped?

The poster was not shipped with any sort of protection so it arrived super bent. They also forgot to cut off a portion at the bottom that clearly isn't supposed to be included. This is a gift for a friend and I might have to find something else. Outrageously bad experience given the price.

The product looks good, but the frames are cheaply made. I had to fix the hangers on both pictures as the frames were twisted. Both pictures I ordered required corrections. One should have been corrected before shipment but they were unwilling to share a proof until they had to fix it. I still have not heard from anyone about replacing the second picture that showed up with creases in it. The customer service after the issues were noted is ok. They didn't fix the problems...yet. if they put as much effort into preparing the order as they do fixing them, they wouldn't have any issues. As it stands right now, I would not recommend the product due to inability to correct the noted problems and poorly made frames.
