West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Name was wrong and it was replaced immediately with the new one. Very easy to deal with.

The photo was very nice but for some reason it came out darker than the picture I sent in was.

The artwork was fantastic, but the frame was very cheap, and the hanging bracket was not secured properly so I will have to fix it before hanging. I will order just the print next time and frame it on my own.

Mika is perfect is but I’m a little disappointed with Lola. She looks good but she is just not quite right.

Just took a little longer than I had expected , but great quality .

I don’t really like the gold ring. It’s too bright gold and too big. I have the silver ring I got 2 years ago and it’s perfect. I thought the gold one would be the same size.

The poster is amazing! I also ordered digital downloads and am not able to access it. That’s the only reason it’s not 5 stars.

I absolutely love West & Willow products! The only thing that I don’t like was the company no longer adds the collar on the pictures. I raise service dogs. I have a picture of each dog I have raised and they all have their bandana with the organization’s logo; except this last one I purchased. 😞
