West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

This is my fourth order from West & Willow. While all of the other orders were five stars and perfectly captured my beloved fur babies, this one… of my most precious pupper, just does not cut it. I can’t use it as it looks like someone else’s dog…

The picture itself turned out great. This was my second time using the site and had high hopes. I thought I was getting a lot bigger size portrait for 168$ it was definitely not worth it. The package was not handled with care and there is scratches on the corners since the cardboard was falling apart and no bubble wrap. Not worth the money for sure

I had originally had issues with my 1st order, I wanted 2 different poses and received the same. After some back and forth issue was resolved

I feel like his left ear was misrepresented and I wish the company would have sent a proof first, for me to look at and approve before sending the final, physical product.

First and foremost, thank you for the picture of my daughter’s cats. This is my third order with you and I’ve always enjoyed all of them. I have to admit the last photo I received. I was a little disappointed on one of the cats fur color. It seemed very dark in comparison to the actual picture I sent (and had an individual picture of the same cat that was not that dark) the cat so dark, she looks black, other than that thank you.

Pros: Easy to use . Quick shipmemnt. Picture is beautuful. Looks exactly like the picture I sent in . Where I am dissapointed is that I find the writing is too small and there is too much space btw the top of Enzo's head and where his name is . Had he been placed higher up or had the name been bigger it would have looked much better. The picture frame feels a bit "empty" .

I’ll start with what I like - the picture did really capture our late pups face, personality, smile, etc. What I’m pretty disappointed with is the paper being creased. I can tell you tried to package it well, as it came rolled up in a triangular shipping box, but I’m guessing when it was rolled up and put in there it wasn’t done with great care. If the paper had come not marked or bent, I would have given it 5 stars. I am fine with it being rolled up, as I have a book on it now making it flat, but the creases on the actual paper will show in the frame.

I ordered two portraits of my dogs. I loved how one of them turned out but they made my other dog looks so weird i hate it. Not sure if I even want to hang them up I don’t really want to spend another 70 or so bucks to replace one in hopes it’ll be good.
