West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

So excited, I'll write another review once I get my art! For now... The ordering process is super simple! I just wish you could upload 2-3 photos of a pet instead of only 1--I like how my dog's eyes look in some photos and the color of her fur is perfect in others. Making this change or giving an email to send additional photos to would be great! Otherwise, perfect, and very helpful photo guidelines.

They re-drew my portrait multiple times until they got it perfect and I couldn’t be happier with it!

My portrait looks amazing and I’m very glad I chose West and Willow. It is a little bit on the pricey side though!

Every time I look at this portrait it’s like looking at my sweet girl. She passed due to illness at a young age and our hearts are still heavy with grief. It was something difficult for us to grasp, her loss, so being able to look at this portrait of her is almost like she’s still with us. I can literally see her eyes as if she’s looking at me—the artist did an amazing job. The reason I gave 4 stars is because I felt there was too much head room. I felt her form could’ve taken up a larger percentage of the frame instead of nearly 50% of the picture being the background.

I like the ease of choosing options ans uploading a picture. I wish you could specifically request the background picture and even see a digital mock-up before purchasing. I’m saying this having not seen the final product so I could change my mind but this is how I feel at the moment.

The picture is adorable and was made and shipped quickly

The email for digital download is case-sensitive, which doesn't really make sense to me. The product is great but the quality around both pets' ears is a little strange.

It was easy, the delivery fees are a bit high.
