I have sent numerous messages to your company without reply. Yet, I get all kinds of advertisement from your company. I placed an order on 12/8, paid for expedited service and tip for the artist. When should I be expecting my order? I completely understand the influx in orders due to the holidays, but the lack of communication is unacceptable. When I placed my order (couple days ago) it never gave me any shipping updates or tracking ids. It never gave me a date around which day it will be coming and i’m in the dark right now. I wish they would be better with shipping and give customers more updates and when they first place the order, what date they think it will come.

The emails were unclear whether my message was getting through. I had explained the need to change the picture and that the animal would be different, but it took three emails to get clarity

Easy checkout process. Received a promo code for signing up for email and text that was less than other popular promotions found online. Tried to connect with support through text but no response. Hope I found the best promo. Excited to see the product.

I finally received my product over a month after ordering. Not overly impressed with the quality as there is a piece of debris inside the frame and the photo of my pet was not as accurate as I thought it would be according to the website. :(
