Picture has a noticeable crease and the hanger on the frame immediately fell off. Quality is low for the price.

Very disappointed in the outcome of my artwork. First, I was under the impression that I would see a sample of image before printing. Second, the image doesn’t look remotely close to my dog. It honestly looks like a completely different dog. This is a gift that I don’t plan on giving because of how off the picture is. Very disappointed.

Hello Tiff, We're sorry to hear you are unhappy with your artwork! Different factors can affect the final outcome including shadows or filters on photos. That being said, we will be happy to work with you on a revision. Please look for an email from us about the next steps.

My shipment has been sent however I also ordered a digital copy yet to be received, unfortunately this results in poor service so far.

I came so close to not ordering. First you tell me I get 10% but there was no place to enter it and your sight didn’t automatically input so I left. Second you said I got free shipping over $100US and my order (pre discount) was over $100 US and you did not provide free shipping Third you said prices were in Cad and I purchased the digital print for $9.95 and then that turned to $14.95. The product needs to exceed expectations by a large margin for me to recommend you.
