Your website is confusing. The edit buttons for information don’t work. I could never change my password. It always reverted. Couldn’t edit anything on desktop application. Mobile app a little better but still couldn’t edit email address

I am just not 100% in love with the product. I had issues with my 1st print I got with it not looking much my my cat. The customer service rep was great and very helpful. After a month of the product being back for fixes I got my new one in the mail. It is so blown up and such a close up it isn’t even cute. Very sad. I was looking so forward to this hanging in our home.

I'm still waiting for my mug with portrait. I ordered it April 4. I needed it for a Mother's Day present. They lost the picture. And I'm still waiting after I sent them another picture. I can't call and get this straighten out. Or get a refund. I'm really upset about this.

This was a terrible experience. I received a broken portrait and put in a request form 3 times only for it to now be over a month and I have not received an email about my replacement or anything! It was supposed to be a present for my moms birthday which has come and gone now. I will never purchase again. The customer service was so poor and I spent over $100 to receive nothing and now cannot even get a refund! I have emailed around 20 times and still have no update.
