Love the product !! Wish there was an easier way to send as a gift !!

The painted digital version of the dog was excellent and shipped in good timing with what was stated when I ordered. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because this is the second time my wife or I have purchased the digital copy of the photo and it was not provided via email. West & Willow did provide the digital copy via email but require that you request it instead of providing it via email as I think they should.

It was really easy to order and the price was decent! Shopping speed could be improved as it’s been over a week now and I’m still waiting for it to be sent. Getting nervous as it’s for a birthday gift.

The experience has been great thus far. I have not seen my final product yet and that is the reservation from selecting 5 stars! :)

I am an in-home pet sitter. Some of my dearest friends and best clients recently lost their dog unexpectedly right before they had to make the choice to put their other dog down. They were devastated and I was very sad too, as I'd been watching these dogs for over half of their lives. I ordered a custom pet portrait as a gift for them and when it arrived, I nearly started crying. It captured their likeness so perfectly. I can't wait to give it to them. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that I also purchased the Digital Download option and there are no clear instructions as to how to get the download?

Would’ve loved to see a rough preview before making payment

It’s so cute love the frame, good quality. Just wish the printing was a bit bigger. Overall it looks like my dog and i get to see him every day now 🥰
