My print was not at all what was advertised. My dogs picture was stretched out landscape instead of portrait and looks nothing like him.

Trying to understand the process and get a vague answer. Purchased the add on to be moved to the front of the line which the website states a regular order is 2-3 weeks. So does that mean this is 1-2 weeks for the add on? I was also told I’d have my digital link wishing a few days but hadn’t seen it yet. I understand if things take a bit, but just clearly communicate it. Referring me to your website tells me about regular ordered items. Not adding on rush. Maybe there could be a way to advise customers of the status on the site.

One of my dogs just didn’t look like her. Her color was off and the eyes were so scary/weird looking on her. Could have been the picture I chose but it was still creepy.

Not thrilled, to be honest. The frame looks (and is) really cheap. I’ll need to reframe it before giving as a gift. It’s lightweight and very wide, so it doesn’t have the minimalist style you see in a lot of the photos. Also don’t recommend the smaller size, they should tell you how little of the photo will be shown. Although I followed all of their recommendations on selecting a photo, they cut the photo off at an awkward place, higher on the dog’s neck than you see in their samples. The service is already fairly expensive and I didn’t want to pay an ADDITIONAL fee to view a mock-up when I felt like I could just follow their instructions. Unfortunately I think you should pay the fee and order a larger size. The smaller size just looks awkward and is, quite frankly, a waste

Unfortunately I was not thrilled with my print. Although it does look cute when viewed from afar, there are a couple glaring mistakes. On the print, my dogs nose is misshapen, and there is also a chunk of his tongue that is white/not colored in. I’m not sure how this came to be since the picture I sent in didn’t contain these errors. They are noticeable enough to the point where when I look at the print, I always think about how it doesn’t quite resemble my dog. What is the most disappointing though is that the print arrived wrinkled in its frame. Since the frame is sealed, I’m unable to open it and smooth out the paper to get rid of the wrinkles without destroying the frame. Bottom line is, this was definitely not worth the expensive price, and I feel I could’ve done this on my own for cheaper, and it would’ve turned out better because there would be no obvious errors or wrinkles.

For the money I've paid, I think the product would have been better quality.

Still have not received my parcel and it has now been a month. I have emailed multiple times to ask about it and have never received a response. I hope the wait and poor customer service will be worth it for the final result.

I never got a mock of what it would look like so you get stuck with what they come up with. Delivery took forever. The design was nothing impressive. Overall, not worth the money.
