I wish there were options to send more than 1 photo.

I loved 1/3 of the order, like 1/3 of the order, and was luke warm about 1/3 of the order. It would be nice to be able to see and approve of the images prior to them being printed. After sending the images, it was a surprise as to what we were going to get. But overall the experience was great and the lead time was quick.

Easy process. Can’t say if it was with the money yet. It would be nice to see a preview of what the artwork will look like, or maybe approval that the image submitted will work for the artist.

I absolutely love the framed painting of our Whippet. I wasn't sure how the photo was going to turn out in a painting but we all love it and it will forever be hanging in my new home. The service was much quicker than anticipated and the quality of the product was amazing. The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact I was charged US to AUD exchange.. Perhaps advertise the AUD $ originally to allow people to know before getting to the checkout and noticing the exchange in US to AU $ which makes the price go up a fair bit. In saying that, it was worth every cent and I will recommend to friends.

Very easy to upload pictures! The entire process was extremely easy, and will be a huge hit as a gift to my spouse. Wish there was a way to preview the portrait before purchasing....trusting that it will turn out the way I imagine!

When I tried to continue to shopping cart, the page didn't turn at all, so I was wondering why for a while, but later I found out that I missed "upload photo" and just continued. It would be nice if there is a guiding comment in red to tell us why the page doesn't proceed.

Everything was great except the frame had a couple marks on them. Unsure what caused them.
