I ordered 2 portraits and one was extremely well done and the other looked generic. Color was off and didn’t really capture the face as well as the other one.

Still waiting for my order to arrive. Changes had to be made, but it is taking excrutiatingly long to receive the reprint. Christmas has passed, and Im still waiting.

I can’t write a real review till I get my portrait but so far loved how quick and easy it was to explain and ask for what I wanted.

I ordered my brother and sister-in-law a picture of their two dogs. The pictures of the dogs looked just like them, but the colors were a bit off. I also requested for the collars to be taken off for the pictures and they were, however, for one of the dogs, the tags were left on, which made it look weird... it would’ve been nice to have a preview before the final picture was printed and shipped.

My original picture did not look anything like my dog. The coloring was completely wrong and it was disappointing after seeing all the beautiful likenesses they did in there advertisements. But I will say I complained and they bent over backwards to make it right. There customer service is excellent.

Update Jan 1: Received the product, also finally got someone that reached out to try and make things right. Would have appreciated a much earlier communication to explain that promised deadlines couldn’t be met for whatever reason, but better late than never. Original review on dec 24: Placed my order on a November 26 and paid over $230. Today is Christmas Eve, and have still received nothing. The company promised anyone ordering before December 4 would receive their order by Xmas. I’ve reached out to the company multiple times via email, but got no response. The only other way to reach them is Instagram, but apparently they keep deleting upset customer posts to try and maintain a good reputation. I don’t know if I’ll ever receive my order, but intend to file a dispute tomorrow. Waiting over a month for something I was promised to receive 2 weeks ago is bad enough. Not receiving a reply from support over the past 2 weeks is unacceptable and no way to run a business.

The process of ordering was very easy and quick, but it had been 2 weeks since I have placed my order and haven’t received any updates about it. At this point I just want to make sure I’ll still get my order.

No follow up on my order? I have no information on it.
