We were really excited to get our portrait after seeing all the great reviews and examples and unfortunately we were not as happy with the product as we thought we would be. We had two dogs in the picture and I must say they did a great job with one of the dogs but the other's coloration made it not resemble our dog. In addition the dogs were not centered and there was quite a bit more white on white side of the print then the other making it off center. Although packaged well and delivered to my dor there were creases on one side of the poster and a small tare on the side. For the price of the poster I would have hoped for better quality.

Our 15 year old lab, Hank, died on Sept 1 this year. I wanted to get my husband something sentimental to remind him of our sweet dog. I was disappointed an error was made with the printing but I understood that these things happen. I received an email saying that the correct print would be shipped priority. It’s still not here. The incorrect print arrived and honestly, I’m disappointed in the product. It’s not worth the cost and doesn’t look anything like the advertised pics. At this point, I don’t think the correct print is going to be that much of an improvement. Lesson learned—don’t buy things advertised on Facebook.

Several mistakes made in my order. Customer service was nice enough but it was a hassle and took a long time. I would not recommend.

Never received a shipment confirmation. Been over 7 days.

Received my picture and it is landscape view and my dog is stretched out looking. There isn't even an option to choose this view when ordering online, so I'm not sure why it was done and even sent to be like that. I think it is very over priced and the frame is just basic. Very disappointed with my purchase. It is a very cute concept though.

If you want your order this year probably don’t use these guys, still waiting over 6 weeks later for it to arrive! Paid to skip the queue also wouldn’t bother with this service as you don’t skip the queue at all, can’t comment on the product itself because we are yet to see anything! We are just hoping it is worth the wait

I paid the extra 12.99 in hopes of having this before I helped my daughter move in to her apt but a week in and have heard nothing. So much for being bumped to the front of the line....

I submitted my order seven days ago and have never received my “preview” copy of the artwork or any other updates on my order.
