Order placed 5/5 and email mentioned I will receive it in 2-3 weeks. It is now 6/4 and I needed it for my mothers birthday 6/6. No email updates were sent and this is my second time purchasing and will be my last time.

I wish I could give an actual review after receiving my portrait, but it's been a month and I have received no communication regarding my pet portrait, despite reaching out to customer support. As far as I know, my order has not even shipped yet. I'm pretty disappointed as this was supposed to be a gift for my husband, which is now over a week late.

Trying to find out any information about my order and have not received any info. Used PayPal which was charged but no other correspondence and not a clear way of contacting the company.

I ordered this for a dear friend who lost her 14-year-old German Shepard mix on 3/23/2023. I sent a photo of the dog with green grass background. The first picture I received the dog's fur was different shades of green (I assume due to the grass background). I talked with customer service they worked to make the colors brown, black and tan like the dog's colors in the picture I sent. Next attempt by West and Willow had the dogs fur red. After emailing with customer service it was decided I should send another picture. I asked to approve prior to printing. Adrian (customer service) sent me a proof I approved but the print I received was much darker and red. Worked with Adrain again he lightened the proof sent it to me it looked good with dogs coloring tan, brown and black. I asked him to verify this would look the same when I received it. Adrian said the only difference would be the glass over the proof. I received the 3rd picture today and looks nothing like the proof I approved. I wanted this to be special for my friend, but I can't even give it to her since it looks nothing like her beloved dog, Sheba.

Horrible experience with this company. Ordered almost 2 months ago for a gift and paid for expedited shipping. Order was “lost”. I have asked for a refund or at least a shipping refund and have been blatantly ignored.

West & Willow followed up with the same smudged image. I commented that it was still too dark and didn't look like our dog. Still working it, I gather. The paper looks like cheap printer paper and does not lay flat in the frame. I didn't receive the digital copy that I paid for, but at this point, I don't want it.

The picture is wrong

My order was “lost” and although a new order was placed, it’s taken way longer to come in than I intended. This was supposed to be a gift and I payed for TWO line skips to prevent a delay. No incentive, no money back, just delayed time and nothing to make up for it other than a new order being shipped off, which honestly should’ve been done anyways without me having to ask. Great portraits but definitely not worth the amount of time waiting when it’s a computer generated image.
