Why is there no gifting option? I wanted to send it to a friend and I couldn't even leave a note or hide the price. Kind of odd for a company to not give that option.

Super quick and easy! The only thing I would change/add/ keep in mind is that you can only send 1 picture ( at least that I saw). My dos has very cute ears but I also wanted to get her full face in the one picture so I hope the artists can do her ears from the one picture I sent. Other than that, the ordering process was very easy and quick!!!

The double portrait is great, except I had asked for collars to be removed and only one of the dogs collars was removed. The one dog also doesn't look as realistic as the other, but it's not terrible. UPDATE: West & Willow redid the portrait and followed all my requests perfectly. I haven't got the print in the mail yet, but I was able to see the proof and it looks unreal. I am so excited to gift it to my parents. Thank you, West & Willow for your tremendous customer experience. I look forward to continuing to order your products in the future.

I think the ordering process was fairly easy but i would like to be able to upload extra pictures just to show the little details that aren’t as noticeable. Sometimes they aren’t as easy to describe! really hoping that it turns out good so i can see my baby’s face everyday since she passed 🤍

I got my first west &willow portrait as a Mother’s Day gift from my daughter and absolutely loved the portrait! I sent in the pics of the two other dogs and the portraits are just as wonderful! Somehow, the gifted portrait arrived beautifully framed. The two I ordered were not😞 not sure how I missed the framing option- I apologize if it was patron error but if it was website oversight , that may need improvement ♥️
